Crafting Stories of Change for Microsoft’s Nonprofit Tech Acceleration Program
Microsoft’s Nonprofit Tech Acceleration (NTA) for Black and African American Communities program is part of Microsoft’s overall commitment to better serve communities of color. The NTA program provides technology assistance to nonprofits that support the Black and African American community. Microsoft approached us to produce a story driven video that could bring awareness to the program.

Challenge
For this storytelling video it was important for us to get to the “Why” behind the NTA program. We focused our efforts on understanding how the NTA program is affecting change with non-profits serving the black community by conducting in-depth interviews with both non-profit leaders and those individuals benefiting from the program.
A cinematic feel was achieved through the use of portraits, high-speed filming, tight shots, and moody lighting
