Overview
The Chick-Fil-A Leadership Development Program is a 30 to 36-month developmental program that is available to individuals who are interested in growing their business acumen and restaurant leadership skills in their pursuit of future leadership opportunities with Chick-fil-A or other businesses. Chick-Fil-A came to us to produce an external facing video that educates prospective LDP participants on the program.

To properly tell the story of the LDP program, it was important to us to hear directly from previous program participants. Over the course of two days, nine interviews were conducted with former LDP participants and LDP program leaders.
Diving into their individual and personal experiences while in the midst of the program allowed us to paint a picture to prospective participants on what it “feels” like to be in Chick-Fil-A’s prestigious Leadership Development Program.
